Shipping Policy

Pre-launch Phase: VAELO is currently operating a pre-launch waitlist. No physical goods are currently being shipped. The following policy will apply once official shipping commences.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within select cities in India. Enter your pincode on our website to check if delivery is available in your area. We are expanding to new locations regularly.

2. Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. You will receive tracking details via email once your order ships.

3. Shipping Cost

We intend to offer complimentary shipping on all orders once we launch. Final pricing and any applicable taxes will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

4. Packaging

Each Vaelo bottle is individually packed in a protective case designed to prevent damage during transit. Our packaging is crafted to reflect the quality of the product inside.

5. Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@vaelo.in with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
