Refund & Return Policy

Pre-launch Phase: VAELO is currently operating a pre-launch waitlist. No financial transactions are being processed. The following policy will apply once official sales commence.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your Vaelo bottle arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@vaelo.in with photographs. We will provide a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@vaelo.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a pickup arrangement.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been initiated.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Products that show signs of use, mishandling, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund. Personalised or custom orders, if applicable, are non-returnable.
